We have an established track record in service innovation and support a diverse range of clinical and academic interests with strong links to university programmes in the region. We have a well-developed CPD programme and have robust supervision and professional line management systems. Job plans include CPD allowance and research and innovation protected time.
We are looking for a skilled and highly experienced Nurse facilitator or Occupational Therapist or Clinical Associate in Psychology who can join our group therapy service. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinical psychologists, psychological therapists, Occupational Therapists and specialist nurse therapists. You will be involved in the delivery of groups and workshops to service users in secondary care in the Solihull area and will need to attend relevant meetings within Solihull. You should have extensive experience of working with people with complex mental health and behavioural needs. You should be familiar with the needs of a diverse BAME community and working in area of high socioeconomic deprivation. The post holder is expected to be involved in service evaluation.
