Overview.
An exciting new opportunity for an experienced powder coater to join a busy production facility working a newly installed powder coating booth. Successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality powder coated finish to a range of internally manufactured components. This will include preparing components and applying coating, cleaning and maintaining equipment and work space.
You will need to work with the production team to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
While this is a powder coating role, wet spraying experience would be considered. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Essential Experience & Skills
Must have proven experience (minimum 2 years) of powder coating as no training will be provided. Wet spraying experience would be considered.
Ability to identify surface defects and apply corrective measures so a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality is critical.
Desirable Skills (not essential)
· Full UK driving license.
· Experience within a production environment.
What we can offer
· Competitive rate of pay – £13.00 to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience), paid weekly.
· Mon-Thu 07:30 – 16:30, Fri 07:30 to 13:30. (40 hours total)
