Your new role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid‑level Commercial Property Associate to join a thriving and well‑regarded Commercial Property team based in Southampton. In this role, you will take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload, advising on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters. This will include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, portfolio management and strategic asset management projects.You will act for a diverse client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers, and you'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined‑up, commercially focused advice. The role offers strong visibility with clients, real opportunities to deepen your expertise, and the ability to play a meaningful part in the team's continued growth. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development initiatives and build your internal and external profile.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property, though applications from those with more or less experience will also be considered. You should bring solid technical experience across commercial property transactions and asset management and be comfortable managing your own matters while supporting team objectives. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering practical, commercial solutions are essential.
