Summary
We are inviting expressions of interest for a permanent Grade 9 Social Worker to join the Adult Learning Disability Team. This role is vital in supporting adults with learning disabilities to access the right care, support, and opportunities, ensuring that all interventions are person‑centred, strengths‑based, and outcomes‑focused.
You will play a key part in enabling individuals to maximise their independence, safeguard their wellbeing, and access community resources that promote choice, control, and quality of life.
