Salary: £38,000–£46,000 DOE | Hours: Full Time
Are you a passionate early years professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to support a busy nursery room for babies and toddlers.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with running a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment
• Plan and deliver fun, educational EYFS activities
• Support the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations
• Work closely with parents to provide outstanding childcare
• Lead, motivate, and support a small team
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in a nursery or desire to progress to leadership
• Knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED standards
• Strong organisational, communication, and team leadership skills
