We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious organisation seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen their B2B marketing function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support an international client base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, email, and content marketing)
Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track campaign performance, and monitor pipeline activity
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business prospects
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue targets
Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Create engaging marketing materials including presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital content
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales-driven environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is highly desirable
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative mindset combined with strategic thinking abilities
