A bit about us…
Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and compassionate Live-in Care Coordinator to oversee and manage our live-in care services.
This role is central to ensuring our clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality 24-hour care at home. You’ll coordinate care packages, match carers to clients, and ensure smooth communication between clients, families, and care staff. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and managing live-in care packages
Matching carers to clients based on needs, personality, and experience
Preparing and updating person-centred care plans and risk assessments
Conducting client assessments, reviews, and spot checks
Supporting live-in carers with guidance, supervision, and welfare checks
Managing staff rotas, placements, and emergency cover
Acting as main point of contact for clients and their families
Liaising with GPs, district nurses, social workers, and other professionals.
Ensuring continuity of care during carer changeovers
Handling incidents, safeguarding concerns, and complaints appropriately
Maintaining accurate digital records and documentation
Ensuring services meet CQC and company compliance standards
Completing supervisions and spot checks
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a care coordination, senior carer, or similar role
Knowledgeable about live in care regulations and best practice
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Competent using care management systems and Microsoft Office
Understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
Previous experience in health or social care
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
