We are looking for a compassionate and organised Field Care Supervisor to join our growing care team based in Wickford.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supporting and supervising care staff in the community
✅ Conducting spot checks, reviews, and care assessments
✅ Ensuring high standards of care and compliance
✅ Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
✅Creating and updating person-centred care plans
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in domiciliary care
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔ Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
✔NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working toward it)
