We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join the team at this wonderful nursery in Kensington, with an ASAP start.
For this role, you must hold at least a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher) in Early Years or Childcare, and previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
This is a permanent Early Years Teacher position to work full time, Monday to Friday, where you will work closely with a friendly and welcoming team of staff, and will be supported by a caring management team.
Your responsibilities as an Early Years Teacher will include:
• Planning and leading age-appropriate and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development
• Following the EYFS curriculum to assist with the development of early reading and early maths skills
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
• Creating a language rich and supportive environment
• Encouraging development through interactive play and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Helping children to start developing positive relationships and social skills from a young age
• Carrying out observations and tracking key children's progress
• Forming strong relationships with parents/carers through regular communication and feedback
