The Central Client Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of graduation services by working closely with clients and internal teams. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure that services are provided efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions with clients and workers, upholding company standards and brand integrity.
Ensure clients and workers receive all relevant information for the smooth delivery of services.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing them with the necessary details to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Assist the Client Manager in planning and executing service delivery for larger accounts.
Manage client visits for smaller accounts as required, either independently or in coordination with the Client Manager.
Keep internal systems updated and ensure that all client agreements and worker documentation comply with legal and business regulations.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and the carbon footprint of offsite operations.
Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in client services, administration, or a related field is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:15
