St Edward's Oxford is seeking a reliable and attentive Exam Invigilator to support the smooth running of examinations.

Invigilators play a vital role in ensuring that every candidate has an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities while maintaining the integrity and security of examination materials before, during and after each session.

Reporting to the Head of Exams, you will attend daily briefings, help prepare exam venues, assist pupils before the start of exams, respond to queries and supervise both internal and public examinations. Your role is key to providing a high-quality experience at a time of heightened stress and anxiety for pupils sitting public examinations.

This is a casual position and hours will be offered as required throughout the examination period.

Previous invigilation experience is not essential, as full training is provided at the start of the role along with annual training updates. Applicants must declare any prior invigilation experience and disclose whether they have any current maladministration or malpractice sanctions applied to them.
