We are now looking for a Production Planner Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

The Role

As a Production Planner Assistant, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our manufacturing operation.

Specifically, you will assist in creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring priorities are updated as requirements change and workflows remain on track.

You will also prepare work orders, production documentation and job packets, maintain accurate data within our SAP system, and ensure manufacturing processes run efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

Additionally, you will:

- Work with the Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Quality teams to ensure work is on track
- Support Health and Safety processes
- Support Planning and Manufacturing with administrative services

About You

To be considered as a Production Planner Assistant, you will need:

- Experience and understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally within planning or stock control
- Experience using ERP/MRP/MA systems
- An understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing setting
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
