Do you enjoy providing support and Care Coordination to a complex client caseload?

As an Early Intervention In Psychosis Care Coordinator (EIIPP) and a member of a multi-disciplinary community-based team, you’ll provide an effective, flexible, supportive and responsive service to people experiencing the early stages of psychosis and to their networks. This involves carrying out a range of assessments and interventions under the guidance and supervision of the Service Manager and Team Leaders.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with a working knowledge of current principles, evidence‑based practice, and service provision within the Early Intervention in Psychosis field.
• Someone with a robust understanding of the Mental Health Act as it applies to community mental health provision.
• Someone with experience of working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team in a mental health setting
• Someone who has a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
