Collate and prepare monthly divisional reports, including departmental submissions, board documentation and payroll-related information.
Support HR/People administration processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate attendance, holiday and sickness records, and initiating and tracking actions through the HR system through to completion.
Maintain efficient filing and archiving systems for Managing Director documentation and divisional employee records, upholding confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Organise divisional meetings, training sessions and internal events, and oversee Reception operations, providing guidance and coordination for reception staff.
Support the management of office facilities, including ordering equipment, coordinating IT and mobile phone requirements, and arranging PAT testing and DSE assessments.
