Pay Rate Between £13.46 and £14.36
Join Social Care & Education as a Team Leader . You’ll lead and support a team of care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults in Leicester. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated care team
• Deliver person-centred care that maximises independence and choice
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and CQC standards
• Plan and organise staff rotas to meet service needs
• Support staff development, training, and performance management
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in a care setting
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
