About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Installation & Service Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing grain drying, storage, and handling systems across the East of England.
This position suits someone who enjoys practical, varied work, has strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results to customers.
Duties will include
• Carry out installation of grain handling and drying systems, including elevators, conveyors, silos, ducting, and steelwork.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on existing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical faults.
• Coordinate on-site operations, including plant, lifting, deliveries and subcontractors where/when required.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Support system commissioning, testing, and handover.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project managers to ensure seamless project / job delivery.
• Ability to manage own time and workload including logging / tracking materials and working hours for each specific job/project.
