Are you calm under pressure and passionate about helping kids? Join our residential homes supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your nights = their safety, comfort, and guidance.
What You’ll Do:
Overnight care & emotional support for kids aged 8–18
Conduct welfare checks & respond calmly to incidents
Follow care plans & safeguarding procedures
Be the reassuring presence they need at night
You’ll Need:
1+ year experience in EBD residential care
Calm, compassionate & resilient nature
Flexibility for night shifts
