Social Care & Education are on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team in Leicester and the surrounding areas. The Role:
• Support individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs to live fulfilling lives.
• Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
• Encourage and facilitate community engagement through activities, hobbies, and outings.
• Maintain accurate records and follow personalised support plans.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment.
What We’re Looking For:
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
• Experience supporting adults in social care or a similar role in the UK.
• A compassionate, resilient, and adaptable team player.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in your role.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
