This is an exciting opportunity to join our High Performing Central Unplanned nursing team. Are you an experienced nurse with core clinical skills including catheterisations, palliative care, syringe drivers, wound care and medication administration? If so, we would love to welcome you to our Central Unplanned Team!
The team is based at Charlotte Rd Health Centre in Stirchley but covers calls in all the Central Locality of Birmingham.
It has a dynamic and innovative approach to Nursing care.
It involves quick responses to patients in their own homes to manage and respond to urgent issues.
We are looking for a highly motivated applicants who are interested in meeting the challenge of working in the community with patients in their own homes. You will be working with a variety of disciplines within the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients to ensure their independence and well being.
Responding quickly to patients with a variety of health needs in line with 2 hour UCR response for palliative and catheterised patients.
This involves problem solving, liaising with the unplanned team and the multi-disciplinary teams and providing nursing care to achieve best outcomes for patients.
