Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of residents? We are seeking an experienced nurse to join a supportive and enthusiastic care team in Weymouth.

As a Nurse, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care that meets the personal needs of residents while respecting their dignity and promoting independence. Your role will include assisting in nursing care and supporting the day-to-day activities of the home.

Reporting to: Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver all aspects of nursing care in collaboration with other nurse practitioners.
- Ensure residents’ personal care needs are met with compassion and respect.
- Assist in day-to-day home activities and support the wider care team.
- Maintain high standards of care in line with regulatory and professional guidelines.

Skills & Attributes

- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

Education & Qualifications

- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
