What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a candidate who is excited by the prospect of designing a new approach to SEND provision at St Joseph’s and will work with the Headteacher and Trust colleagues to ensure that the SEND strategy at St Joseph’s is built from the ground up and revolutionises the provision that our children with needs have access to. The successful candidate will also have the support of the Trust Director of Inclusion to receive mentorship, guidance and professional development.

What the school offers its staff

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a committed and highly skilled network of SENDCos whilst also having the opportunity to enter into Trust Leadership in the future. As a Trust which is committed to talent spotting, nurturing and progression, this role would suit a candidate new to SEND leadership as well as existing SENDCos.
