Contracts Manager
Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis due to continuous business growth.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Oversee daily operations and delivery of contracts
- Provide support with general administrative tasks within the Contracts department when required
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director
- Confirm all costings are accurately completed before final invoices are issues
- Produce monthly reports
- Prepare detailed quotations for new business
Skills & Requirements
- Experience within the Waste and/or Recycling Industry is beneficial, though not essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow both new and exsisting accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of multitasking and ability to prioritise
- Excellent negotiation abilities and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
- Highly results driven
- Strong time management skills
- Good IT skills in word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
- Driving licence required
