We are a growing Indian restaurant committed to delivering authentic flavours, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and build strong community and corporate relationships.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, corporate sales, catering opportunities, events, and brand promotion initiatives. This role requires strong networking skills, market analysis capability, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering sales.

Identify new revenue streams (corporate catering, bulk orders, festival promotions, private events).

Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Corporate & Community Partnerships

Build relationships with local businesses, offices, event planners, and community organizations.

Secure corporate catering contracts and recurring meal programs.

Represent the restaurant at networking events and food exhibitions.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns.

Develop partnerships with delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber and JustEat

Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and local advertising.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

4. Event & Catering Management

Generate leads for private dining, birthday parties, weddings, and corporate events.

Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyse sales data and prepare regular performance reports.

Track ROI on marketing and promotional activities.

Recommend pricing strategies and menu positioning based on market demand.
