Location: Broadstairs, Kent
Contract: Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our Rollers Department on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to secure a permanent position with a growing company.

Your Mission is Simple:


Produce high-quality products efficiently and ensure every order leaves the factory to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manufacture products to exact specifications and quality standards
  • Check stock and materials, reporting any shortages or defects
  • Process and dispatch orders accurately to meet delivery deadlines
  • Keep the Production Supervisor updated on progress and any issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working area
  • Support other departments when required
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Take part in stock checks
  • ⏱ Be flexible with overtime when required (with reasonable notice)

What We're Looking For:

  • ✋ Good manual dexterity and ability to stand and lift during shifts
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player who can also work independently once trained
  • Good numeracy, literacy (English) and basic IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ⏰ Reliable with excellent time management

Important - Interview Requirement

All candidates will be required to complete a numeracy test as part of the interview process.
