As a Contract Support with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Be the organised and reliable backbone of our onsite contract, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Deliver professional and friendly communication when handling incoming calls and emails from colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Administer Kronos payroll processes, supporting with queries and ensuring accurate monthly preparation for management sign-off.
- Support managers with absence management processes and maintain accurate holiday records, highlighting any concerns.
- Keep personnel files, contractor records, and compliance documentation up to date in line with Sodexo and Nestlé standards.
- Assist with Health & Safety administration, including risk assessments, audits, and documentation – championing safety at every opportunity.
- Collate and process supplier invoices, support account reconciliations, manage aged debt follow-ups, and assist with purchase order administration.
- Provide administrative support across catering, cleaning, waste management, and environmental services to ensure contractual compliance.
- Support audit preparation and help achieve strong results across Nestlé and Sodexo compliance checks.
- Step in to support onsite operational needs when required, ensuring service continuity in the absence of management.
- Attend training as required and actively contribute to continuous improvement across the contract.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and other internal systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Financial awareness and confidence handling invoices, reconciliations, and payroll administration.
- Integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- A compliance-focused approach with the confidence to escalate issues when required.
- Business administration qualifications are a bonus – but not essential.
