Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the existing engineering portfolio, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and reliability.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve issues, reduce risks and support efficient production.
- Provide technical guidance, training and support to internal teams and customers.
- Gather feedback, analyse user needs and help drive improvements and future development.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Product or related Engineering field, with 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Confident using 3D modelling tools (ideally SolidWorks) and reviewing technical drawings.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills; able to work independently.
- Experience working with suppliers or external partners, with willingness to travel as needed.
