Please note: This role does not meet the minimum criteria for visa sponsorship under the current UK immigration rules, which set specific salary and skill thresholds. As such, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this post. Applicants will therefore need to already have the right to work in the UK to be considered. If you are applying using a Graduate visa as your right to work, you must have a minimum of 18 months remaining on your visa at time of application. Ensure notes are in appropriate condition, all results/reports, nursing notes filedand TTO filled in, Notes are booked/tracked out to appropriate source in keepingwith patient confidentially procedures. Assist nursing staff with the discharge process (chasing TTOs, equipment etc) toallow nurses more patient facing time. File chronologically any loose notes located with the case notes. Produce documentation for patients detailing admission and any other requestedinformation in conjunction with the trust confidentially policies for insurancecompanies, NHS organisations or government agencies. Responsible for the updating and maintaining of the inpatient transfer list in orderfor the ward co-ordinator to organise the admissions. For elective patients ensure that all patient files are obtained ready for the patientsadmission Act in role of fire warden if appropriate training provided
