Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaning Operative to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting environmental and industrial cleaning operations across the Midlands and occasionally UK-wide.
This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining strict health and safety standards. You’ll be working within a small, supportive team, with opportunities for overtime, training, and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support site teams with industrial and environmental cleaning duties.
Operate specialist equipment including jetting units and industrial vacuums.
Assist with tank cleans, interceptor cleans, and other site services.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Travel across the Midlands and occasionally UK-wide, including early starts and nights away.
Work collaboratively as part of a hands-on team to deliver services to a high professional standard.
Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience in industrial or environmental cleaning (desirable).
CSCS card and safety training preferred (training can be provided).
Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential.
Flexible approach to shifts, weekends, early starts, and nights away.
Strong team player with a safety-conscious attitude.
Willingness to get stuck in and support colleagues on site.
Reliable, adaptable, and professional work ethic.
