Fredricks Hotel and Spa are seekng a qualfied person to look after all aspects of the hotel and spa which includes 37 bedrooms, 50 seater restaurant and bar, private dining room and also function room for up to 100 people. The Hotel has a Spa with pool, gym, sauna and Spa
The person will over see and be hands on looking after all aspects of the day to day maintenance and compliance issues, as well as working with any approved contractors
Idealy the person should have a good number of years experience and hold some trade qualifcations
