Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Associate to join our Asset & Fleet team at the UKs market leading FM company. Reporting to the Head of Asset & Fleet, you will be delivering extensive high-quality support ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day.
You will be responsible for.
-Providing administrative support to the Head of Asset & Fleet and the Asset team.
-Assisting with the movement of assets both physically and using our on-line software.
-Updating records for our third-party software for winter operations and similarly with commercial vehicles and cars.
-Ensuring the services delivered are consistent and reactive issues and customer enquiries are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
-Achieving and maintaining the standardisation of processes and procedures.
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customer.
What we are looking for
-Experience of working within a similar support role.
-Someone who can work effectively under pressure within a busy and diverse environment
-keen eye for detail and ensure data input accuracy
-An excellent understanding of operational IT systems.

-They should be a self-starter and motivated person, with the ability to invest time in this role to aid its evolution.
