We are working with a well established and growing Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates.

They have experienced an extended period of growth and have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join them to work on a decarbonisation scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties (EWI).

This is a great opportunity to join a well established Principle Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of framework schemes.

You will be reporting into a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
  • Monitoring the quality of work
  • Handovers with clients
  • Site inductions, tool box talks etc.
  • Liaising with the client
  • Ordering materials
  • Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly retrofit works.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is up to £43k plus car allowance or van and other benefits.
