This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.90ph PAYE

The reference number is: 004803
The successful candidate will manage the arrears in a patch of 850 accounts. They will action arrears cases recommended in their work tray on a weekly basis and will follow our arrears process and the court protocol in managing the cases including DIY repossession.
They will maximise income for the residents by supporting them to sustain their tenancy and maximise income by reducing the arrears in the patch and will provide support with DHP application and signpost to specialist agencies when necessary.
