We are looking for a driven, resilient and target-focused Office-Based Sales Executive to join our growing team.
This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, booking product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers. The role is target-driven and suited to someone who enjoys picking up the phone, handling objections and creating opportunities from scratch.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively prospecting new hospitality customers by phone and email
Booking qualified product demonstrations for our external sales team
Promoting our EcoBurner range and wider product portfolio
Following up quotes and converting leads into sales
Managing your pipeline and CRM accurately
Maintaining consistent daily outbound call activity
Providing excellent customer service and support
Performance Expectations
This is a results-focused role. Success will be measured by:
Weekly demo bookings
New customer acquisition
Outbound call activity levels
Follow-up consistency and CRM accuracy
You must be comfortable working towards clear, measurable targets.
What We’re Looking For
Previous outbound sales or telesales experience preferred
Confident making high volumes of outbound calls
Resilient and comfortable handling objections
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems
