What you’ll do:
Develop exciting new concepts from concept to launch in the categories of cupcakes, small cakes, sheet cakes and celebration cakes.
Work closely with technical, and production teams to bring your creations to life.
Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and compliance.
Stay ahead of trends and deliver innovation that delights customers.
Be instrumental in the trial and launch process.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in food product development (bakery or confectionery preferred).
Creative flair with strong technical knowledge.
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who loves turning ideas into reality.
Confident in a customer facing role.
Great IT skills, especially Excell.
