Your new role
Are you organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth flow of goods across our operation, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at every stage. This is a key role within the team, supporting both production and customer fulfilment.
You'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running seamlessly-overseeing the receipt, movement, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Using systems such as a Warehouse Management System and Sage, you'll help ensure stock is accurate, and production teams always have what they need.
Overview of duties
- Ensure that Printing, Converting, and other manufacturing departments receive the correct raw materials and packaging on time.
- Monitor supply levels frequently to prevent delays to manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all system and paperwork processes.
- Complete goods-in tasks, record supplier deliveries, book in production output, and ensure material consumption is logged correctly.
- Build and update sub-products within the system where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records
- Experience in a warehouse, stock, or production support environment
- Good working knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS, Sage or similar)
