Our client, a well-established and welcoming nursery setting in Coventry, is currently seeking a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education within a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs
Support children’s learning and development through observation and assessment
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Essential Requirements
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (UK recognised – essential)
Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
