Join our busy and friendly Community Occupational Therapy Team and play a key part in helping residents access the support they need. We’re looking for a proactive, organised Administrator who enjoys working with people, can manage a variety of tasks, and is confident using digital tools to keep our service running smoothly.

You’ll be the first point of contact for referrals and enquiries, handling phone calls, emails and service requests with professionalism and care. Working closely with therapists and other colleagues, you’ll help triage referrals, manage the team inbox, coordinate meetings, and ensure accurate data is recorded across Council systems. Your work will make a real difference in helping our team deliver timely, effective support to the community.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering calls, taking referrals and signposting individuals and agencies
Managing the service inbox and dealing with day-to-day enquiries
Supporting referral triage and sharing information with the team
Arranging and minuting virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings
Using Microsoft 365, Paris and other systems to update records and cleanse data
Processing financial admin, including purchasing, petty cash and procurement card tasks
Providing general administrative support across the service as needed

If you’re organised, confident with technology and enjoy contributing to a team that helps people stay independent, we’d love to hear from you.
