Marketing Executive - Larking Gowen are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team in Ipswich, Suffolk, on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will implement marketing strategies, support business development, and work closely with assigned teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and events. You will manage day-to-day marketing activities, create sector-specific content, and ensure all campaigns align with business objectives. Working hours for this role will be 37.5 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget
- Collaborate with digital and design teams to develop content and marketing assets
- Plan and manage events, including logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluation
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation
- Liaise with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business strategy
- Manage marketing administration tasks to support smooth daily operations
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards
About you:
As a Marketing Executive, you will have proven experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, CMS), and strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. You should be confident analysing campaign data and using insights to improve results. Basic design or content creation skills are a plus. You are proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams. You must be adaptable to changing priorities, able to manage your time effectively, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently. The successful candidate must hold a full driving licence and access to a car for travel to the Ipswich office and occasional visits to other offices across Suffolk and Essex.
