We are seeking a highly motivated, inclusive, and organised individual to join our team as a Female Senior Support Worker at our Extra Care service in Richmond Hill, Leeds.
This role will be assisting the management team, and your colleagues in providing person-centred care for older people within our supported accommodation setting. You will support our service users to enjoy an active, healthy, and independent lifestyle, while working in partnership with those involved in their support and care planning.
Your role will include:
- Providing respectful personal care, alongside practical and emotional support
- Encouraging service users to engage in a range of activities
- Assisting the management team in ensuring that the service fulfils all requirements and standards of the service specification, the Commissioners, Creative Support, and involved professionals,
- Coordinating, managing, and coaching a dedicated staff team.

The successful candidate will have a positive & proactive attitude, with forward-thinking qualities, and a warm & enthusiastic manner. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social care, and a strong understanding of what is required for individuals with extra care support needs.
