  • Produce performance reports, lifecycle forecasts, investment cases and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead governance and optimisation of asset management systems (CAFM), ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with operational, technical, finance and commercial teams to align asset strategy with business objectives.
  • Manage risks related to compliance, obsolescence and service continuity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset modelling, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
  • Promote a strong health, safety and Zero Harm culture within all asset management activities.

  • Maintaining data integrity within CAFM and asset systems
  • Balancing lifecycle investment with commercial constraints
  • Managing statutory compliance and regulatory risk

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in asset management within Facilities Management, Engineering or Technical Services.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle planning and whole-life costing principles.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within technical services environments.
  • Experience using CAFM or asset management systems.
  • Understanding of risk-based asset management methodologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience developing asset strategies across multi-site portfolios.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting performance and condition data.
  • Experience developing investment cases and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical asset information into commercial insight.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational, commercial and client teams.
  • Experience managing compliance risk and supporting audit processes.
  • Commitment to health, safety and Zero Harm principles.
