We are looking for Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, particularly those with Mental Health, LD, CAMHS or Community Nursing experience to support our Clinical teams to deliver sustainable benefits to our patients and service users. These positions will work across our Care Groups, using a Coaching approach to design, deliver and evaluate development interventions to our registered colleagues at the point of care.
We want to talk to Nurses and AHPs who have recent experience of managing Clinical teams as well as working in a learning and development context.
The post holder will be a change agent, driving a patient centred, solution focused, and dynamic working culture.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
