Summary
POSITION : Employee Relations Assistant
SALARY : £33,400 per year (37.5 hours per week, £17.13 per hour)
QUALIFICATION: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Candidates must have relevant
experience in healthcare settings and general administrative roles.
Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding
Maintaining staff records and compliance documentation
Coordinating staff schedules and rotas
Ensuring adherence to GDPR and data protection
Liaising with staff and handling professional enquiries
Monitoring compliance requirements (e.g., CQC, ICO, insurance)
Supporting policies, procedures, and internal systems
Support end-to-end recruitment administration including advert posting, application tracking, and interview coordination.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Ensure right-to-work checks, references, and compliance documentation are completed.
Coordinate induction processes for new starters.
