Crynodeb
Accurately code clinical data using SNOMED codes, adhering to practice guidelines. Review, interpret and code incoming patient correspondence. Liaise with clinicians to resolve coding queries. Follow specified clinical pathways and processes. Enter data into patient records in accordance with QOF and CQC standards. Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information. File and add relevant data from third-party correspondence into patient records. Monitor and action data related tasks within the clinical system. Maintain confidentiality of all patients' information. Assist with summarising new patient records. Ensure coding accuracy and resolve any data issues.
