Job Summary
Hours of work are 8.00am to 4.30pm with 1/2 an hour for lunch each day. Working in our warehouse you will be involved in the safe and efficient receipt, storage, rotation and despatch of products, accurately completing paperwork relating to goods in and goods out. Also holiday & sickness cover for our drivers, driving up to a 7.5 tonne vehicle making deliveries to our customers.
Responsibilities
Picking and packing products.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Serving customers on our trade counter.
Using lifting & moving equipment safely.
Using a computer to check stock levels and prepare / print labels for carrier orders.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times during operations .
To provide cover for our drivers, driving up to a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
Experience
Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is preferred.
Must be able to lift heavy / awkward loads safely.
Experience with forklift operation would be beneficial but not essential.
Hold relevant driving licence & CPC card.
