Job description
Ashvaruda Varahi Amman Sakthi Peetam is the first Varahi Amman Temple in UK and Europe. Arulmighu Siva Muthumariamman Devasthanam celebrated its 15th Anniversary during the month of 28th September 2024.
With the recent establishment of the Mani Mandabam to Honour of Kanchi Mahaperiva, first ever installation in the whole of Europe, We are looking for religious workers, who can assist our devotees Hindu Temple using this centre to rituals such as Abishekam, Homam, Alangaram to all deities around the meditation centre.
The Religious Worker should essentially know practices of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Petam, Hymns in Praise, teaching of Adi Shankaracharya and its Kanchi Kamakoti Petam in particular. Should receite Slogas and Lalitha Sahasranamam and perform special occasion poojas for the Deities that are placed in the meditation Halls within our temple premises.
Assisting the chief priests during counseling and welfare support to the faith members. Must assist our congregation in the achievement of their spiritual goals, to preach the Hindu doctrine and to perform religious prayers and ceremonies according to the Hindu Vedic way of life, Satviha foods and share insights about food during for specialised occasions for offerings.
It is essential that applicant must have relevant experience in working as a religious worker in temple.
All job applicants will needs to provide documentation, which demonstrates their eligibility to work in the UK.
You must have received the required religious coordination and training to conduct and assist all the Hindu (Saiva) religious duties, especially of the Kanchi Sri Sankararya Petam.
Job Types: Temporary work, Full-time, (Maximum of 2 years Contact for International applicants. 3 years contract for Local Applicant)
