Product Support Technician
An exciting opportunity to join our Technology & Transformation Team as a Product Support Technician! This role combines application support with continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to the performance, stability, and evolution of the digital products that power our teams.

This role forms part of the growing Digital Product Support function within the Technology & Transformation team. We are building a small, high impact team that supports our core business applications across HR, Operations, Finance, and Commercial functions.
Why This Role Is Important to Us
Our core digital applications support everything from daily nursery operations to communication with families, compliance monitoring, reporting, and safeguarding processes. Ensuring these systems are well-maintained, secure, and optimised is essential to the smooth running of our nurseries and the safety of the data we hold.
As an Product Support Technician, you'll help enhance and support our business-critical applications, assist in identifying and delivering improvements, and play a key role in strengthening system security. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence and the protection of sensitive information across the organisation.
What You'll Do
· Deliver high-quality support for our core business applications, ensuring colleagues can effectively use the digital tools that underpin nursery operations.
· Triage, investigate, and resolve application issues, working with external vendors and internal teams where required.
· Support system configuration, updates, and basic testing to help maintain application performance and reliability.
· Partner with Product Managers to identify recurring challenges, recommend improvements, and enhance user experience.
· Assist in managing user access and permissions in line with security and compliance standards.
· Maintain clear documentation, including support processes, knowledge articles, and user guidance.
· Build strong working relationships across the organisation while developing your expertise in our application landscape.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting business systems, digital platforms, or working in a technical or product-focused environment.
· Interest in digital products, improving user experience and driving business value
· Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
· Clear and confident communicator with users at all levels.
· Basic understanding of user access management or application administration (training will be provided).
· Comfortable working with external vendors and asking for help when needed.
· Organised, reliable, and able to manage your workload with support.
