Location: Ealing
Salary: £63,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Fulltime – permanent Monday – Friday
Company van, fuel, equipment and uniform will be provided

About Us

Pyramid Plus, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements across London and South. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 46,000 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

Role Criteria

Management of all aspects of operational and commercial delivery, overall contract performance in line with contractual commitments and agreed company & client protocols. Managing works to programme time frames, producing project
Ensure compliancy and adherence to health & safety regulations, Mears standard operating procedures Mears values and quality assurance accreditations. Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitment to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities
End-to-end management of Capital works and high-risk properties across a range of occupied homes
Line management of five supervisors, including performance reviews, one-to-ones, and daily briefings
Oversight of KPIs, reporting, and service delivery standards
Handling client queries and managing resident complaints effectively
Supporting and engaging operatives and branch teams to achieve high-quality outcomes

What we’re looking for

Experience in Managing a contract within the social housing sector
Experience in Budget management
Experience in performance reporting
Experience in People Management
Ability to provide evidence of contract performance and efficiency
Workable technical knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance
Full valid driving license

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
