About the role
This is a hands-on role combining marketing activity with proactive lead generation and sales support.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns, managing digital activity, building prospect lists, following up enquiries and actively generating appointments for the Directors.
This is not a purely creative or content-based marketing role. It is suited to someone who enjoys combining strategy, execution and direct outreach, and who is motivated by seeing their work lead to real business growth.
You will work closely with the Directors and wider team to understand the company’s services, target markets and growth plans, and will play a key role in supporting the continued success of the business.
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience in marketing, sales support or lead generation and understands how the two work together
Is confident communicating with potential clients by phone, email and digital channels
Enjoys building and managing lead generation strategies across multiple platforms
Is genuinely passionate and excited about technology and learning about new solutions
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, leads and priorities at once
Is comfortable tracking activity, analysing results and adapting approaches where needed
Is able to take ownership of the plan and deliver consistent, measurable outcomes
Is motivated, resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing SME environment
