We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to take charge of a high-performing automotive telesales operation. You’ll be leading a large, fast-paced team and driving performance, conversion, and customer experience across the department.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone from a dealership sales background or with proven experience managing an automotive call centre environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a large telesales team of 17 executives, 2 centre supervisors, and 1 team leader
- Driving sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
- Coaching and developing managers and advisors
- Monitoring call quality, activity levels, and productivity
- Implementing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Working closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing a large telesales or contact centre team
- Background in automotive dealership sales or automotive call centre leadership
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
- Commercially driven with a focus on results and performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
