Duties:
- Perform panel repairs and replacements to the highest industry standards.
- Demonstrate competency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) skills, including door rebuilding and front panel fitting using appropriate tools.
- Weld and bond replacement panels and components securely.
- Apply fillers and sealants to create smooth surfaces, ready for refinishing.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, strictly following health and safety protocols.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets, ensuring quality workmanship in all repair tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within an automotive repair environment.
- Confident in repairing Hybrid and Electric Vehicles with appropriate techniques and safety considerations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structural repair and panel working procedures.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
